What payment methods do you offer?

One of the best payment methods that we provide is Amazon Gift cards. These are delivered to your email address automatically and you can use them immediately after receiving them. You will get the gift card electronically, if you opt for this method. You can also opt for PayPal, and if you do so, we will send you the money to the PayPal mail addressed you mentioned, and you can withdraw to your bank account in 3 days maximum, depending on where you are located. We also pay via checks, and these are delivered in 1-7 days.

How much time does it take for the selling process to complete?

Once you send us the device, you will be able to receive your money in less than a week, usually in 5-6 days. Most of the time will be spend in shipping, but once the phone arrives in our hands, it will take a maximum of 1-2 days to receive the payment.

What does RBCell purchase?

RBCell is specialized in older phone models and smartphones. We accept only devices that have been owned by you, and which weren’t reported as lost or stolen. At the same time, we work with all types of phone conditions, be it mint or dead, but the pricing varies adequately based on that.

What’s not accepted by RBCell?

We are not accepting counterpart devices, lost, stolen, kill switch devices, phones that have bent frames or phones which are missing parts.

Does RBCell return phones to vendors?

If the details on your quote do not match the reality, specifically the phone conditions, we immediately notify you about the value adjustment of their device, and only in very rare occasions we return it. We adjust the offer and wait for the vendor to accept or decline for a 7 days. If no response is received within 7 days of the offer adjustment sent, we will automatically accept it and we will pay you the adjusted offer amount. In case you will decline our follow up offer, we’ll be happy to take a shipping cost of your device trip back home. All our vendors are treated fairly and with professionalism.

Can I sell large lots?

RBCell has a specialized sales team that will help you sell multiple devices at once, and they will provide you with an estimate based on your inquiry. In order to be eligible for this, you will need to get 10 or more devices at once. For more information, please contact our customer service professionals.

How long is my offer valid?

Once we make an offer, it will be guaranteed and locked for 30 days, but after that time we will have to revise it based on the current market value that your device might have at that particular time.

Do I need to deactivate my phone?

The service has to be terminated before you ship us the item. You can deactivate your phone by contacting the service provider and at the same time you have to remove all the problems that you have with the device. If you are billed by your provider once your phone is with us, we are not responsible for it and will not pay any fees, because even if you sign a contract with us, you will still be the one to pay the remaining bills and which has to deactivate the account!
